Bristlecone pine
atop granite spire- –
my perch
all thought
beyond this
a blur

I listen
to all things
natural
view things- -eyes closed
I feel them
filling me up
senses saturated
with tranquil light
smell, touch, sound- -wisdom
has no bounds
spoken in silences
deeper
louder
than any
cloud burst
can sing
I open wide
my being
