When Reading my poetry, the "- -" is a pause longer than a comma and shorter than a sigh.

They call it a stress/echo test. I find it odd that running on a treadmill can tell us so much about broken hearts.
I think it is true, life can only be as good as we make it.

I need to put all my poems in one place. One day when I have passed away a few of my loved ones may stumble across them by accident and be surprised.
Sometimes I just need to sit down and let the volcano of creativity erupt.
